At this moment Sandmartin can offer set top boxes for the 2 terrestrial systems DVB-T and ATSC. While DVB-T is used in many places in the world, ATSC is limited to the U.S. at this moment.
Same as any other transmission system, both terrestrial systems can provide channels in SD and in HD. It also can be expected that soon the video streams will be compressed with MPEG4 instead of the actual most common MPEG2. |
