LNB
LNBs are another success story of Sandmartin. Our models cover nearly all kinds of technologies and transmission systems and are present in all markets. Our highly experiences team and our close look at the markets requirements guarantee the best solutions in terms of quality and price.
C-Band
C Band LNBs are used mostly for satellites in Asia and Australia. C Band satellites send signals in the frequency range of 3.7 to 4.2GHz. The dishes for such signals are usually relatively big and are usually between 2 and 4 meters in diameter.
The standard type of satellite dishes for C band signals are so-called prime focus dishes where the focus of the dish is in it’s center.

KU-Band

KU Band LNBs are the most common for the most parts of the world. KU Band satellites send signals in the frequency range of 10.7 to 12.75GHz. The dishes for such signals can be relatively small and are usually between 60 and 120cm in diameter.
The most common type of satellite dishes for KU band signals are so-called Offset dishes where the focus of the dish is not in it’s center. Even though there are also prime focus dishes and LNBs available for KU band satellites.
